Getting Started

 

 

We require that you start with a series of one-on-one training sessions with one of our personal trainers. These sessions are used to familiarize you with the equipment, movements and stimulus that we use in CrossFit. You may then continue on with personal training sessions or enter our group classes. Please contact a trainer to schedule your private sessions.
